Include your device (iPhone or Android), iOS or Android version, and what you were doing in the app.

Restore a subscription

Purchases are tied to your Apple ID or Google account, not to a CivicReady login (there is no account). In the app: Settings → Restore purchases, or use Restore on the paywall. You can also manage the $16.99 / 3-month subscription in Apple Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Which civics test am I on?

Form N-400 filed before 20 October 2025 → 2008 test (100 questions). Filed on or after that date → 2025 test (128 questions). Change the filing date or override the edition in Settings. Age 65+ and 20+ years as a lawful permanent resident → 20 starred questions and a 10-question mock.

Spoken answers and offline

Official questions, accepted answers, and scoring work without a network. The microphone is optional; you can type. Optional AI explanations and premium cloud audio stay off until you enable them in Settings.
