The product

CivicReady is an educational study aid for the civics portion of the USCIS naturalization interview. It is published by CodeCross LLC. The product site is https://civicready.app. By using the app or this website, you agree to these terms.

CivicReady is not legal advice, not a government service, and not a substitute for official USCIS materials. It does not file Form N-400. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by USCIS.

Study content

Civics questions and accepted answers come from public USCIS materials (2008 and 2025 civics tests). Confirm current officials and test requirements at uscis.gov/citizenship before your interview.

Practice results

Mock-test results are practice estimates only. Official naturalization eligibility and test administration are determined by USCIS. CivicReady cannot guarantee a pass.

Subscription

Unrestricted practice, live mock interviews, premium narration, and coaching require an active subscription: $16.99 every three months, auto-renewing until you cancel. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account. Cancel anytime in that account’s subscription settings. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app: Apple Standard EULA.

Your device

Progress is stored on your device. You can reset local data in Settings. Official questions remain installed.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app or site, attempt to disrupt the service, or present CivicReady as a USCIS product or government decision.

Intellectual property

The CivicReady name, app, and this website are property of CodeCross LLC. USCIS questions remain public government material as published by USCIS.

Limitation of liability

CivicReady is provided as an educational tool. To the extent permitted by law, CodeCross is not liable for interview outcomes, missed filing dates, or decisions made by USCIS.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
